If that is not great service for online shopping then I don't know what is. Keep up the great work TPP!!

Not sure if this is the right place to send this, but I have to give some feedback regarding my recent experience with this company. Good customer service is getting harder to find, but you've definitely got it. I placed an order on a Friday night, and a week later hadn't heard anything regarding to shipping. I rang and spoke to Cheryl (I think that was her name). She rang me back an hour later, with a full explanation as to why my products hadn't been shipped, and an apology for the delay. My products arrived the following Monday. I am so happy that a company in this day and age took the initiative and went above and beyond to fix the small problem I had. Thank you very much to Cheryl, and the packaging place team. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Just wanted to pass on my thanks. Placed my order at 10am on Thursday and received it at 8am the next morning (Friday). Super fast deliver and so pleased with the products. I was looking for some small desert cups for a party I am throwing. Your website has such a large range of products to choose from and such FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY. I was also able to get a couple of other things on my list as well (saved me a 2 hour round trip on the weekend to my usual supplier). The Packaging Place is now on my favourites list on my PC and I will definitely be a returning customer.
