We are Hiring - Custom Packaging\Print Team Member

Join a dynamic and expanding packaging company as a Custom Packaging/Print Team Member, where your attention to detail and reliability will help deliver high-quality, tailored packaging solutions. We work with our customers to bring their packaging requirements to life - Gift & Retail boxes, Display trays, Sleeves, food packaging plus lots more. We manufacture and print in our Brisbane warehouse and work with external suppliers for specialty work.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hendra, Queensland, working closely with both the custom print, production and sales teams. You’ll be instrumental in managing orders, artwork coordination, and communication between internal departments, suppliers, and clients — ensuring a seamless process from initial quote to final delivery, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and monitor customer orders through to completion.
• Collaborate with production, suppliers, and sales to gather information and meet project timelines.
• Coordinate artwork proofs and approvals with clients.
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and customer updates.
• Designing physical packaging solutions
• Deliver professional and friendly customer support via phone and email.
• Generate basic reports and support general administrative functions.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in customer service, production coordination, or sales support (essential).
• Graphic Design application skills eg Illustrator, InDesign etc
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with packaging or printing processes
