Where is The Packaging Place located? We're at U3/370 Nudgee Road, Hendra QLD 4011. That's about 8 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, close to the airport precinct. Parking is available on site.
When is the showroom open? Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. We're not open on weekends or public holidays. If you're making a special trip, it's worth calling ahead so we can make sure the right person is available to help you.
How does click and collect work? Select Showroom Pickup- FREE at checkout on our website. Orders placed before 12pm are ready the same afternoon provided in stock. We'll send you a notification when it's ready to pick up. Come in during showroom hours and we'll have it sorted.
Do you deliver outside of Brisbane and Queensland? Yes, we ship Australia-wide. Our customers are spread right across the country and delivery times are regularly faster than people expect. One customer had an order go from our Hendra warehouse to Toowoomba the same day. A North Queensland customer received product well before their event. Do you manufacture packaging in Brisbane? Yes, we manufacture locally in Queensland. Lead times on locally made products are generally shorter than imported lines. If local manufacture is important to your business, get in touch and we'll confirm which products apply.
Do you stock packaging for kids parties and events? We do. Our Colpac Kids Meal Box range has a great selection of themed boxes: Dinosaurs, Aliens, Treasure Chest, Teddy Bear, Spotty, Bugs n Slugs and more - designed to hold party food, nibbles and a juice. Available in packs of 10 for a single party or 250 for regular use. They're compostable and recyclable too. We also stock cupcake boxes, noodle boxes, carry packs and dessert cups that work well for party catering. Come into the showroom or order online.
Can I see products before I buy? That's exactly what the showroom is for. Come in during business hours and the team can walk you through options for your specific application. If you're looking at volume or custom work, it's always better to see a sample first.

How quickly can I get my order? Click and collect orders placed before 12pm are ready same day provided in stock. Freight deliveries to the Brisbane metro area are generally next business day for stocked items. We ship nationally check for current timeframes to your location.
What if I need custom or branded packaging? Custom packaging is one of our strengths. Locally manufactured custom runs and overseas sourced custom orders are both available depending on quantities and timeframes. What packaging products do you stock? Our range covers just about every packaging need across food service, retail, gifting and custom. On the food and catering side we stock carry packs, cake boxes, cupcake boxes, noodle boxes, pizza boxes, dessert cups, sandwich and wrap packaging, piping bags, straws and cutlery. For retail we carry paper bags, flat bags, satchels, mailer boxes, cardboard boxes in a wide range of sizes.
What Gifting boxes do you stock? For gifting and hampers we stock magnetic collapsible boxes, rigid gift boxes, two-piece base and lid boxes, carry bags, tissue paper, satin ribbon and hamper trays. And across the range we offer custom printing on boxes, bags, labels and ribbon, manufactured right here in Brisbane.
What Custom Packaging Options do you offer: Custom Packaging and Printing is something we do a lot of, and a good portion of it is produced right here in Brisbane. On boxes we can custom print mailer boxes, tuck top boxes, two-piece gift boxes, rigid boxes and magnetic collapsible box lids. On bags we print flat bags and carry bags with your logo or artwork. We also produce custom labels and branded ribbon — the ribbon is printed one side in CMYK and is popular with hamper businesses, retailers and corporate gifting customers. Artwork is typically supplied as SVG, EPS or PDF. If you're working in Canva, export your file as SVG before sending it through.
