  • Just wanted to pass on my thanks. Placed my order at 10am on Thursday and received it at 8am the next morning (Friday). Super fast deliver and so pleased with the products. I was looking for some small desert cups for a party I am throwing. Your website has such a large range of products to choose from and such FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY. I was also able to get a couple of other things on my list as well (saved me a 2 hour round trip on the weekend to my usual supplier).   • Cheryl and her team are awesome. I placed an order and explained I needed it urgently delivered inter state. Only to call back a few hours later to cancel half my order. I felt really bad for mucking these guys around but Cheryl was forever helpful. She just amended my order accordingly and had it shipped as planned which I received in Sydney the next day!!!   • I just wanted to say a huge thank-you for your wonderful service and extra help with my order!!The 2 ladies I spoke to on the phone were particularly polite, kind, patient and helpful. When I rang on Wednesday in a panic to see if there was any chance you could get some boxes to Melbourne by Friday, the lady on the phone was very calm and most helpful with my order and assured me it would be alright. -Then on Friday when I rang to check the status of the delivery, the lady I spoke to really went out of her way to track down my order and make sure I got my boxes that day.Please pass on my thanks to both ladies! (I did take notice of their names on the day, but after the stress of filling all those boxes with cupcakes, I can't remember now - sorry!!) Furthermore, the boxes were fantastic! Very well made, they arrived in perfect condition and were great to use! They stack very well when filled with cupcakes and transported each and every cupcake safely.
