Direct Freight Update

Dear Valued Customer,

In response to the evolving Delta outbreak, NSW will extend the current lockdown in Greater Sydney until the end of September.

In addition, to previously announced retail closures, the following retail premises must close from Monday 23 August 2021;

• garden centres and plant nurseries;
• office supplies;
• hardware and building supplies;
• landscaping material supplies;
• rural supplies; and
• pet supplies.

We understand many retail premises may be available to service click and collect customers, we kindly ask that you confirm you will be open and available to receive goods and are NOT impacted by restrictions.

If you are not able to accept delivery of your order or are closed due to the lockdown, Direct Freight will accordingly return freight to the sender without notice.
